Can I extend the event beyond 4 hours? Is there any addiotional charges?
We at LA Mirage don't allow extension of events beyod 4 hours in normal case. If in case event has to be extended beyond 4 hours below are the conditions.
Day / Lunch Event - Day events can't be extended beyond 4.00 PM. After 4 hours of the event if it's extend then the first hour will attract Rs 7,500. We dont allow extension of events beyond 4 hours in normal case. If th event has to be extended beyod 5 hours then that time period will attract Rs 15,000. This extension will be for a maximum of 30 minutes. (photoshoot or any other purpose will attract the same fee).
Evening / Night Event - Evening events can't be extended beyond 11.30 PM. After 4 hours of the event if it's extend then the first hour will attract Rs 7,500. We dont allow extension of events beyond 4 hours in normal case. If th event has to be extended beyod 5 hours then that time period will attract Rs 15,000. This extension will be for a maximum of 30 minutes. (photoshoot or any other purpose will attract the same fee). Our suggetion for evening event is to start the event by 6.00 PM.
