REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (Effective as of 05-08-2023, Last Updated: 21-11-2023)

Rescheduling: All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email from the registered email address of the customer or through our official website http://la-mirage.in. Rescheduling is subject to approval by LA Mirage.

Refund Policy:

1. The entire rental fee or advance payment is nonrefundable.
2. LA Mirage Convention Center reserves the right to cancel rentals in the event of inclement weather, emergency conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of the LA Mirage Convention Center.

Cancellation by LA Mirage Convention Center: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the LA Mirage Convention Center, all rental fees paid by the customer will be refunded in full.
